DHR were commissioned by a local distributor for this project.

Our clients brief was to refurbish the existing staff dining area which will be in operation for the next five years, whilst the hospital undergoes major redevelopment.

Due to the temporary nature of the facility – the client’s budget was limited but they did not want to compromise on the quality of any new equipment purchased. It was very important to the client that staff at the hospital were provided with a modern, functional facility.

Uniserve units were selected as they offered a solution to the clients requirements; the modular nature of the units reduced installation costs and the appearance of the curved glass sneeze screens and ‘Natural Beech’ laminate fascia panels gave the units a contemporary feel.

A variety of Uniserve units were used to form a complete servery, from cashier and condiment units to heated ceran displays and chilled multi tiers.

This project was completed at the start of 2009.
